Are you sure it’s 20% cashback as it says 10x rewards points for credit card & 10% cashback for debit card.
mostly he is counting debit card 10% offer as well 
as per my understanding …Offer will be of 20% cb if one …Buys on payzapp app on amazon and gets 10% cb max 1000 and if one pays that amount with HDFC card and gets 10% on debit and 10X points on credit card.
Payzapp is not must here. Use only smartbuy.
For HDFC debit card, it is 10% cashback + 10% cashback.
For HDFC Credit card, it is 10% cashback + 10% Reward points

beware guys hdfc is not in habit of credit 10x pts or 10% on smartbuy for shop & save n amazon.in specifically.
flipkart n flight offer is confirmed as url is different and you can argue with screenshot.
Amazon just added to smartbuy as a standalone 10x smartbuy partner .earlier it was only available through “compare and shop” . System has changed now on smarpay it is asking about card identification and your mobile number to validate e. Unlike flipkart there is no special page neither you can show flipkart and smarpay logo if we shop through amazon.in link there . There are few exclusion on shopping with amazon GV purchase and gold purchase and few items does not earn you RP . Also only add product to cart after you login into amazon coming from smarpay . Any change in size ,colour or product already in cart may not give you 10x .
Max cb through smartbuy is Rs 150 only (referring to 2nd 10% cb) , so max will be 1000+150 on payment of Rs 10000, which wld be equal to 11.5% nett cb
