1. What is the offer?
(a) Shop on Amazon.in between 9 am to 12 pm, and get Free Delivery (No minimum order value of INR-499) on all ‘Fulfilled by Amazon’ products. (b) You will be eligible for free delivery only on all orders in the offer duration (9 am to 12 pm) (applicable on all payment methods). © Offer is applicable only on ‘Fulfilled by Amazon’ products (d) Free delivery promotion is not applicable on Seller Fulfilled items and Pantry items (e) The promotion applies to standard delivery only. For faster delivery you need to pay additional charges as applicable.

2.What items are eligible for free delivery?
All ‘Fulfilled by Amazon’ items in all categories (except Pantry and Fresh) are eligible for free delivery. Free delivery promotion is not applicable on Seller Fulfilled items.

3. What if I order one FBA and one Seller fulfilled/Pantry/Fresh item together in my order?
You will get free delivery on FBA items in your cart. However, delivery charge for Seller fulfilled/Pantry/Fresh item will continue to apply.

4 Will I get free guaranteed Morning/Same-day/One-day/Two-day delivery?
Free delivery is applicable only for Standard Delivery. Non-Prime customers will need to pay a delivery charge for guaranteed Morning/Same-day/One-day/Two-day delivery. For further details click here.

5.Can I avail Free Shipping on multiple orders?
Yes, you can avail free standard delivery on all orders (fulfilled by amazon products; non-pantry, non-fresh), in the offer time period (9 am to 12 pm).

6. What if the offer time period is over while I am placing the order?
If a customer has initiated order check-out within the promotion duration, he/she will be able to avail the promotion, even if the offer time-duration is over. This will be valid only till customer session is valid.

These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using Amazon.in. Free delivery on all ‘Fulfilled by Amazon’ orders, is a limited period offer only. This offer can be extended/terminated by ASSPL, in its sole discretion without any prior notice.
During the Offer Period, customers placing their shopping order on Amazon will be eligible for Free delivery on all orders. For any subsequent order below an order value of INR 499, Non-prime customers will be charged a delivery fee of INR 40. Prime members will continue to receive free one day or two day delivery on all eligible orders.
Free delivery is applicable for only Fulfilled by Amazon items excluding Amazon Pantry orders. This offer is not applicable for Prime Now, Amazon Business, Amazon Easy (My Bazaar), and Amazon Fresh orders.
