We all know good products with their trashy “discounted” versions. It’s hard to ignore reviews when more than half of the recent ones absolutely trash the product. Also, it’s hard to argue against the pictures, the body seems super fragile.

Are you aware of the warranty policy of american tourister?

I actually believe that companies manufacture some fraction of their products specifically for selling online. And those are made using the worst possible material fit only for dustbins.

Warranty doesn’t apply on online selling items?

Yes. I m quite sure that plastic breaking into pieces won’t count as manufacturing defect.

*Warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse (such as transportation of unusual items), neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage (by airlines for example).

Yes. I have purchased a lot of quality products online, and my second orders for the same, even from legit sellers like Cloudtail have seen a sharp decline in quality.

This is happening way too often these days, so it is becoming harder to judge a product even from overall reviews.

I understand what you are trying to say bro.
And there’s nothing to take personally.
Comparatively as there are some negative and positive reviews so as it’s here.

Rs 3118 is not bad price for large size bag with cloudretail as seller. 10% cash back on Amazon pay option make it better than price suggested by deal finder
As long as you have return option, you can try. But yes pictures from reviewers are scarry and one can not ignore

Thanks @Nasir27 …. Awesome deal. Got it delivered too. the price is only 3K after the amazon pay cash back. Even the road side suitcases are around 2-2.5K for a 29’ size. moreover he has given 3 years international warranty. Thought of buying the second one, but the offer expired.
