Amex has made changes to their online portal and a new “offers” section is available towards the bottom. Card holders can now view the available offers and add offers to their card. Once the offer is linked to their card, it will be visible under “Saved to Card” tab. When required spend id made on merchant meeting the criteria for offer, the cashback will be issues to the account.
I suppose that Amex was already following this process internally but was not visible to the card holders as I can see my old cashbacks under “Redeemed” tab.
This is a great decision by Amex and will make the offer tracking process more transparent to us as customers.
Some offers that are available on my account are (please check yours, it could be different) :
1. BMS
spend ₹1,500 or more, in one transaction, online or in-app at BookMyShow by 31/01/2020 to receive 10% cashback every time, up to ₹250 cashback
2. Flipkart
Save your eligible Card and spend ₹5,000 or more, in one transaction, online only at www.flipka...om by 31/01/2020 to receive 10% cashback one time, up to a maximum of ₹1,500.
3. Big Basket
spend ₹3,000 or more, in one transaction, online or in-app at bigbasket by 31/01/2020 to receive 10% cashback every time, up to ₹1,000 cashback.
4. GAP
spend ₹7,000 or more, in one transaction, in-store only at GAP by 31/12/2019 to receive ₹750 cashback every time
5. Malaysia Airlines
spend ₹35,000 or more, in one or more transactions, on flights departing India online or in-person at Malaysia Airlines by 31/10/2019 to receive ₹5,000 cashback one time.
6.Swiggy
spend ₹500 or more in one transaction, 3 times, in-app or online at Swiggy by 31/01/2020 to receive ₹200 cashback one time.
You should check your account after login in and add the offers to the account.

I have 10% Amazon offer also there. And I think we can buy amazon gift voucher also as there is no such restriction mentioned.
I don’t have Amazon so can’t check. You can check TnC for offer when you expand the individual offer.

completely agree .. Since I have Diners Black, I am not tempted to use Amex offer unless I can double dip.

Make sure you save the offer to card else you will lose cashback.

Finally. I was missing this section on the Indian website. Amex runs very good offers on its cards in USA.

Only Big Basket, Uber, Swiggy, BookMyShow and Malaysian Airlines… Most of them useless as we get better offers outside of Amex

Means we can order physical gift card to our address ?
I do not see any exceptions under TnC for gift card or even cash load. Based on past experience, gift cards should be eligible if not cash load.
I would suggest you to check with Amex customer service and update this group as well.
Got the Amazon, flipkart, uber ,big basket, bookmyshow and swiggy offers in both my cards , but sadly wont be able to use as currently out of India.
Amazon and Flipkart may be applicable for gift cards ..so you can buy them and use later

If you are referring to Flipkart offer then yes it is valid for 1 txn over 5k.
