Other Terms and Conditions

To be eligible for this Offer, the participant has to be of 23 years of age or above and from one of the following locations – Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Secunderabad, Chennai, Baroda, Coimbatore, Jaipur and Chandigarh.
An individual participant to this offer can be eligible for the reward only once.
Once the customer is issued a Citibank Credit Card through this campaign, he/ she will get Gift card worth INR 2400 if he/ she spend INR 4000 within the first 30 days of issuance of the credit card. The Gift Card would be sent within 60-90 days from the date of fulfilment of spends criteria.

If the Offer and/or anything to be done by Citibank or any other entity in respect of the Offer is prevented or delayed by causes, circumstances or events beyond the control of Citibank or any other entity, including but not limited to computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, interception, fraud, technical failures, floods, fires, accidents, earthquakes, riots, explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government or other causes of like or similar or other character beyond the control of Citibank or the other entity/ies, then Citibank and/or the other entity/ies shall not be liable for the same to the extent so prevented or delayed, and will not be liable for any consequences.

Any taxes or liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other authority or body, if any, shall be borne directly by Customer and/or billed to the account of the Customer.

The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai only.

Under no circumstance will the services obtained during the Offer period be settled in cash.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions:

Gift Card can be used on bigbasket Website, App and M-site across all cities where bigbasket is present
The validity of the Gift Card is up to 12 months from the date of issue
Gift Card has to be redeemed in full and partial redemption is not allowed
Gift Card is not redeemable for cash or credit nor can be exchanged for a gift voucher/gift card
If the Customer misplaces the Gift Card, company shall not be responsible to reimburse/refund
No duplicate will be issued if the Gift Card is lost or misplaced
Gift Card cannot be revalidated once expired
The holder of the Gift Card is deemed to be the beneficiary
Validity period of the Gift Card will not be extended under any circumstances.
Any dispute should be referred to bigbasket and the decision of bigbasket shall be final.
