Definitions
“Card” shall mean ICICI Bank American Express Credit Card issued by ICICI Bank, that is validand subsisting during the Offer Period (does not include ICICI Bank EMI Card, Corporate Card,Business Card).
“Cardholder/s” shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who isauthorized to hold the card.
“Instant EMI” refers to the conversion into EMI upon request by the Cardholder, of transactionsperformed using the Card on payment gateway of online merchant/s.
“Offer/Program” shall mean Instant EMI on ICICI Bank American Express Credit Card & get10% cashback up to Rs. 5,000, on every transaction above Rs. 3000.
“Primary Terms and Conditions” shall mean the terms and conditions(www.icicibank.c...mi) applicable to the Card in addition to these Terms and Conditions.
“Offer Period” shall mean period commencing from May 15, 2019 to May 25, 2019 (both daysinclusive).
“Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place buthas been cancelled by the merchant prior to settlement with ICICI Bank.
“Purchase" shall mean such purchase, which has been made by ICICI Bank American ExpressCredit Card Holder/s by entering Card details for making payments at online merchantpayment gateway during the Offer Period.

This Offer is open to all ICICI Bank American Express Cardholders whose accounts arevalid and in good standing.
This Program is being offered at the select online merchants only and shall be validonly during the Offer Period.
The Cardholders are not bound in any manner to participate in this Offer and any suchparticipation is purely voluntary.
ICICI Bank and American Express is neither responsible for availability of services norguarantees the quality of the goods/services purchased using the Card and is not liablefor any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed of by theCardholders under this offer.
Any disputes with regard to the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken upwith the merchant/service establishment directly. ICICI Bank and American Expressshall have no liability whatsoever with regard to the same.
ICICI Bank and American Express shall not be liable whatsoever for anyloss/damage/claims that may arise out of use or non-use of any goods or servicesavailed by Cardholder under this Offer.
American Express reserves its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the termsand conditions of the Offer at any time without prior notice.
To receive this Offer, purchase should be charged in full to the ICICI Bank AmericanExpress Credit Card. No cash alternative is available.
The participation in the Program is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that theparticipation by the ICICI Bank American Express Credit Cardholder/s shall be deemedto have been made on a voluntary basis.
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunalsof Mumbai.

All capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meaningsascribed to it in the Primary Terms and Conditions.
ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claimthat may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the ICICIBank American Express Credit Card Holder/s under the Program.
ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to theProgram without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Program without assigning anyreasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank reserves the right todisqualify any Merchant Establishment or ICICI Bank American Express Credit CardHolder/s from the benefits of the Program if any fraudulent activity is identified as beingcarried out for the purpose of availing.
