Bro I don’t think I need to know about a product in detail before sending out channel alert
If I feel it is a good deal I would send one as others might benefit.

Today, about 90% of the world’s canola crop is genetically modified. if u dot have a problem with that part, like the 100 Nobel Laureates, then go ahead..

bro extra virgin ideally not recommended for cooking (indian) , that’s only for dressing , massage , on salads , or in pasta before 2-3 minute when it get ready , etc . olive oil cant afford med/high temperature which is normal in indian cooking style . so use combination of refined olive oil + extra virgin for indian cooking at medium flame , that too not good at high .
olive oil are 4-5 categories and more bcoz of those brands marketing them as diff names to sell more , types sort by high to low quality – Extra Virgin / Virgin > Light > Refined Olive oil > Refined Pomace / Pomace , however pomace is not suggested for eating it has no olive befits just have high mufa with low sfa .
for high temp cooking (deep fry) – use ghee (preferred cow) , groundnut oil , sesame oil , mustard oil (not refined one) , rice bran oil .
for medium / low temp cooking (shallow fry) – use combination of refined + virgin olive oil .
for low temp cooking (baking / dressing or similar use) – use virgin olive oil .
Also must see back label of every oil , it will show you ingredients on many brands which sells oil saying light , health , total , etc . see their composition , also see fatty acids , mufa should be high , pufa normal and sfa lowest , trans fatty acid 0-1% .
