Does these ssd drives make a higher difference on the speed and user experience if used in a i3 processor And 4gb RAM laptop?
The difference will be like NIGHT AND DAY. I highly recommend you try it out. In fact, an i3/4GB with SSD beats an i5/8GB with spinning hard drive in overall responsiveness, windows boot speed etc. It is shocking how much performance gain you get out of an SSD.
agreed am using i3 7th gen with 256 gb SSD and it feels at par or better than i5 .. Just RAm upgrade needed from 4 to 8gb and I am content 
I bought yesterday and it supposed to be delivered by today, unfortunately it did’t delivered and I cancelled the order and bought Kingston A400 240GB for 2900 from Flipkart.
This is not fast as Samsung ssd
