Nope, for the limited products that Grofers stocks nowadays in my area the prices are cheaper than they are at BB.

For a family of 4 -if you are willing to order monthly first week order of say ₹1600/2000 (whatever is the minimum threshhold ) with 20% citi card cash back is not bad.
Bigbasket may be expensive in some dry groceries, but gives lot of options in veg/fruits and so many varieties in dry groceries.
grofers getting market share with free delivery above ₹500 which is not the case with BB. For Hyderabad -flipkart now has made ₹799 minimum (still with delivery charge)if you want to buy few items @₹1. free delivery above ₹1000.

Talikg about groceries-Spencers (4km ) ,Big bazzar (10km) is no longer worth the trip even by scooter (only if you get something on offer dirt cheap)
Ratnadeep (next door -only convenience is that all veggies fresh & neatly prepacked packets at 250 grams ) all at MRP &no discount.
Heritage Fresh next door has become like a laughing stock .
Now a days preferred : Reliance Fresh (3km)(veggies always cheaper than rest ). store poorly organised & will look like they had an earthquake that day. Freecharge payment at the RFresh store counter for min 250 ₹ gives you 50 or so cash back.
Verdict DMART (5km ) is the best . (but no fresh veggies Only dairy & frozen veg/non veg)

Grofer has its own branded products which is of low quality…bb has great range of multiple brands and citi. Offer makes it cheaper than grofers also delivery is fast in bb as compared to grofers

Grofers own branded products are poor quality & aimed at most cost consious consumer.
that way BB gives a variety of brand options in all price points . with citi card 20% discount is indeed good. only catch minimum order 1600-2000. grofers is surviving because of free delivery just for ₹500.

Bbstar gives 600 above free delivery..many products wich are not on grofers…are available on bb…yes i have to literally wait for 1st of d month to order big list…arnd 4k…so i use bb for 2500 n grofer hdfc for 1500 worth goods….i only order mrp products like toothpaste…cheese…pizzamix..shampoo….pickle…masla… etc….no grains or vegetableas iys expensive compare to local mkt….also noted that for few products rates are better in grofers with bachat club
