2. Prices/ Offers may change from time to time. Future Retail Limited reserves the right to withdraw, change or modify the terms and conditions as well as offers any time without prior notice. Disputes if any, subject to jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only.
3. Offers are valid three per mobile number (only the first bill will be eligible for redemption) during offer period
4. User will be able to get only three offer coupons on one mobile number/Email id on 4th Oct, 2019. Limited number of coupons are available under this offer and customers will get coupons on first come, first served basis. Once the limited coupons are issued/over, further coupons will not be issued to any customers.
5. Misuse of multiple offers will be prohibited and is at the discretion of the store authorities to take action.

12. Offer Coupons can used only once in a single transaction in full value.
13. M-coupon cannot be validated / used post the last date of redemption.
14. Two bills cannot be clubbed to avail for this offer.
15. No cash/credit note/GV/ other mode of payment shall be issued in exchange of the offer.

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. This program is managed by Future Retail Limited (hereinafter referred to as “FRL”).
2. Coupon code is valid only on 5th – 6th Oct. 2019, 10am – 10pm across all Big Bazaar, fbb, Food Bazaar stores as per the offer
3. The offer associated with the coupon code has to be redeemed in full and in case if the bill value exceeds the voucher/coupon value, then the remaining amount can be paid through cash/card.

FUTURE PAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Cashback on Futurepay Big Bazaar wallet will be credited at the starting of each month or date specified by the store team
2. Offer valid only once per bill /mobile number
3. Unutilized Monthly Credit balance will expire at end of 31st Oct. The same will be deducted from the Future Pay’s Big Bazaar Wallet
4. FREE CASH in Future Pay’s Big Bazaar Wallet will only be given on the mobile no. provided by Customer at the time of billing
5. Customer needs to download and register on the Future Pay App with the mobile number given at the time of billing to the cashier on 5th – 6th Oct. 2019
6. FREE CASH in Future Pay’s Big Bazaar Wallet can only be redeemed at Big Bazaar, ezone, Hypercity & FBB Stores
7. In case the payment is done partially or fully by credit note, the offer will not be applicable
8. In case of any non-receipt of FREE CASH, physical bill needs to be presented
9. Future Retail Limited (“Company”) reserves the right to change, amend, modify, suspend, continue or terminate all or any part of the offer at any time without notice
10. Company reserves the right to disqualify any person/ voucher from the benefits of the offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified
11. Future Pay Terms & Conditions will apply to the money in the Big Bazaar Wallet
12. In case of any dispute, the decision of Future Retail Limited (Company) will be final & binding. Litigation, if any, is subject to jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai

15. Unutilized balance shall expire at the end of each month and will be deducted from the wallet.
