TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR RS 100 OFF ON SHOPPING OF RS 1000 TSO COUPONS

1. This program is managed by Future Retail Limited (hereinafter referred to as “FRL”)
2. This coupon will enable user to avail Rs 100 off on shopping of Rs 1000/-
3. The coupon is valid only on below list of items:

3. NO TWO OFFERS CAN BE CLUBBED TOGETHER. THIS COUPON CANNOT BE CLUBBED WITH XCHANGE DISCOUNT COUPON AT THE TIME OF BILLINNG
4. Only 1 coupon can be applied in a single bill at a time.
5. THE LAST DATE FOR REDEMPTION OF COUPON WILL BE AS PER THE SMS RECIVED AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION
6. Any data breaching and hacking is subject to strict and legal action against the user.
7. FRL shall not be liable in the event it fails to fulfil any of its obligations under this terms and conditions due to flood, earthquake, storm, cyclone or any other acts of god of similar nature, war, strike, lockout, or governmental or judicial or quasi-judicial policies/intervention/direction /prohibition or change in law or for any technology/network failure or any other reasons beyond its control
8. An entrant to this activity indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
9. If FRL finds out any illicit activities, fake profiles or bot users creating multiple accounts or tampering the gaming, those users will not be counted or gratified
10. In case of any dispute, the decision of FRL shall be final and binding on all concerned and Courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive Jurisdiction.
11. FRL reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and such changes shall be deemed effective immediately.

1. The Great Xchange Program” is applicable from 11th February 2020 till 15th March 2020 (inclusive both days) (hereinafter referred to as “Scheme Period”)
2. Discount Coupon will be issued during Scheme Period from 11th February to 10th March 2020 , at Big Bazaar, select Big Bazaar Gen-Nxt Stores, Hypercity stores and select Food Bazaar stores, except stores in the state of Madhya Pradesh (MP)
3. Redemption of Discount Coupons will be valid only during Scheme period at all Big Bazaar, fbb, select Big Bazaar Gen-Nxt, select Food Bazaar and select Hypercity stores
4. Only Discount Coupons to be issued against receipt of junk/scrap from the customer.
5. Once scrap is received and Discount Coupons are issued, customer cannot reclaim scrap under any circumstances
6. No cash/credit note/Gift Coupon / other mode of payment shall be issued on receipt of junk/ scrap/ old merchandise. Discount Coupons are non- transferable and cannot be exchanged in lieu of Cash/ Cheque/ GV or any other mode
7. Future Retail Limited (FRL) and/or representative at its own discretion can reject/ accept junk/scrap from customers at select stores and decide the value of Discount Coupon s. No dispute or correspondence in this regard shall be entertained.
8. The customer must ensure that s/he receives a Weight Measurement Coupon (hereinafter referred to as “WMC”) with duly filled in details like their name & mobile/ telephone no., type & quantity of junk, discount value of junk, store stamp, staff name & signature and date against handover of scrap.
9. Customer must ensure that the WMC is preserved carefully for collection of Discount Coupon s. FRL shall not be responsible in case of any damage, loss, wear and tear, etc. to the WMC and will result in not issuing Discount Coupons in lieu of said WMC by FRL.
10. Photocopies of WMC shall not be accepted for issuance of Discount Coupon(s)  Discount Coupons shall be redeemed in full; partial redemption is not allowed
11. Discount Coupon cannot be clubbed with any other Coupon /coupons. No two Coupon s can be clubbed together
12. No two offers can be clubbed together.
13. Discount Coupons can be redeemed only when total bill payment is made by cash, card (except SBI Styleup Card), Future Pay or Big Bazaar Profit Club
14. Discount coupons cannot be redeemed while using Payback, Gift Card, SBI Styleup, Student Payback, Young Elders, Easyday, Future Privilege Card (FPC) and Employee Discount Card (EDC).
15. FRL may pick up junk from the location of customer at its sole discretion and no dispute in this regard shall be entertained by FRL
16. Upon miss call from customer, IVR call back/ SMS from Company/ FRL may get delayed due to network error/ issue
17. FRL may use contact details of miss call customers for sending SMS of offers, tele-calling or for any other marketing purpose
18. To redeem Discount Coupons on purchase of Home & Kitchenware Products (Crockery, Utensils, Storage Containers etc), Home & Kitchenware Products (Gas Stoves, Induction Cooktops, Crockery, Utensils, Storage Containers, etc), Fashion, Footwear, Home Fashion Products (Bed sheets, Curtains, Fashion, Fashion Accessories and Footwear, Towels, Quilts, etc), Luggage, Stationery, Toys, Sports Goods and many more items purchase value must be 5 times the value of the coupon to be redeemed. If shopping exceeds the minimum value (value of Discount Coupon x 5) the difference amount must be paid by cash/credit card or other mode of payment except credit note and won’t be eligible for further discounting against any other Discount Coupon at later date or time
19. To redeem Discount Coupons on purchase of Small Appliances & Electronics Products (Mixer Grinder, Microwave Oven, Refrigerators, TV, Air Conditioners, etc) value must be 10 times the value of the coupon to be redeemed. If shopping exceeds the minimum value (value of Discount Coupon x 10) the difference amount must be paid by cash/credit card or other mode of payment except credit note and won’t be eligible for further discounting against any other Discount Coupon at later date or time
20. Discount Coupon is not valid on Food & Grocery, Home & Personal Care, Staples and Farm Fresh, Live Kitchen and Meat & Fish, Jewellery, Cigarettes, Baby Food, Patanjali Products, Mobiles, Laptops & Accessories, SIS & certain other categories, as intimated by the company from time to time
21. Discount Coupons will be issued in denominations of Rs.50, Rs.100 & Rs.250 only
22. Redemption of Discount Coupons will be rounded off to the lowest multiple denomination of Rs.10 in a single bill. For e.g. if a customer shops home product worth Rs.1020 & s/he has Discount Coupons worth Rs.300, s/he can redeem only Rs.250 worth Discount Coupons
23. The Great Discount Coupons cannot be clubbed with any other discount/ offer for redemption
24. In case of return of the product purchased under the offer, Discount coupon of the relevant product and credit note equal to discounted price will be given to the customer at sole discretion of the company during the offer period, however only credit note equal to discounted price will be given thereafter
25. FRL reserves the right to change /end the offer without prior notice to the customer or any one
26. Participation in the Great Xchange Program is purely voluntary & not binding on customers. Products and Services are also available for sale without this offer
27. In case of any dispute, the decision of FRL will be final & binding. Litigation, if any, is subject to Jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai
28. Terms and Conditions of this scheme are subject to change without prior notice
29. Objective of this promotion is to encourage customers to dispose off their old products and get disproportionate discount against new purchases. FRL does not intend to buy or exchange the old products with the new products sold by FRL
30. By participating in the Great Xchange Program, customer agrees to remain bound by the terms and conditions of the Program as modified from time to time by FRL in its sole discretion
31. The Great Xchange Program is brought to the customer solely on basis of the concentrated efforts of FRL and in the event of non-happening of the program for reasons beyond FRL control or due to the act of God, force majeure conditions; FRL shall not be liable/ responsible to any claims for this program
32. Company reserves the right to disqualify any Person/ Discount Coupon from the benefits of the offer, if any fraudulent activity is
