A strange thing happened, yesterday my order worth 1248 was to be delivered in the morning. They called up and said that due to operational issues your order can’t be delivered today and we are canceling the order and placing a fresh order. After 10 minutes the canceled order was delivered minus one item. Today morning bb guys came again to deliver the reprocessed order, which I refused, spoke to the cc and told them to refund the money for missing item in yesterday’s order and I am not accepting the current order as it has already been delivered yesterday, I don’t know what they understood but refunded me entire order amount to my wallet. It took couple of mails to make them understand that I need refund only for missing item and the order was already delivered yesterday, finally they understood and made the adjustments.

cash back on adding money or payment aswell… yes you can use multiple Paytm payment I single Bb account

Once per paytm account. You will get cash back in every paytm account once,irrespective of Bb account used
If we can create multiple accounts Bigbasket is tracking or any further issues for block original account, any suggestions

I did add money transaction on BB using Paytm. The strange thing is Paytm is normally very quick in CB. But 2 hours gone and nothing.
Btw, I think its always to use these coupons for add money to BB wallet and then buy things using the wallet amount. The reason being 1k add gives you 1 free delivery token, so next time using Samsung Galaxy codes for 500 or ordering less than 1k there will be no delivery charges.
