Yesterday afternoon they had delivery slot of 23rd march so was sad, and after few minutes it because 27th march. After placing order got a date of 28th March

bigbasket has cancelled my order from 19 March of Rs. 2200. and credited the money in the wallet.
i asked them its totally fine even if the order is cancelled…but please credit the money back into bank account.

Is bigbasket even delivering to societies? I had an existing order for tomorrow’s delivery for Vikhroli / Ghatkopar area in Mumbai and even though it’s still showing in app they have sent some cryptic message in morning which indicates they may not deliver

Exactly, while we understand that its a difficult time for all, this was their time to step up, both business wise and socially, worst part is they cancelled orders days later after they were placed, so ppl thought they were getting groceries didnt buy from local are now stuck.
