Activation Process:
The cards will be activated by email. The user need to register themselves on YouFirst website.
How to Use the Card:
1. Use the APIN in the card kit for POS transactions. Swipe the card and enter APIN to authorize the transaction.
2. For online transactions select payment option as Debit or Credit Card.
3. Input 16-digit card number, Cardholder name and Card expiry date.
4. Input the CVV number.
5. On the first transaction you will be redirected to create a Visa Secure code.
6. This Visa Secure code will be required every time you use your card for online transactions.
7. Registering the Card in the YouFirst portal is mandatory for using the card.
8. You will receive an SMS alert with transaction and balance details after every transaction on your registered mobile number.
Registration Process:

What a dilemma! Had many doubts, bec it’s fakeclues & new product so I Checked Boi card t&c > checked activation process & charges > checked sbi offer >transferred 30k to sbi account >clicked buy now button, on checkout got 5% discount > changed my mind! 
Never gonna risk 30000 for 1700 discount that too in shopclues.!
This shows that trust in the shopping portal matters most for dimers like me & sc isn’t trustable (reason being my last 3 orders)

Though whatever it is shopclues one doesn’t have any card issuence fee neither any annual charges

Dont worry guys, these are promotional variants and are provided upfront to the sellers in bulk just in order to get them introduced in the market.
The TnC mentioned by @Sam-1 are correct, so just dont doubt him.
And To get the cards flowed into the market in authentic hands, i.e. to avoid multiple purchases to just a few users, to avoid benefits into limited hands for 4-5% benefit, these cards are bound to online e-commerce transactions &
retail purchase only, which they think may resolve the purpose by limiting its use to one’s retail limits only. But they dont know that we dimers are KHURAFAATI, and know all ways to redeem them in one go!

SCVISA11 seems common for all visa cards… Not only on DBS. This same point we discussed in forum 2 months ago
