Below are the terms and conditions of the offer:-
#6ETakeoffTuesday (“Offer”) is made by Oravel Stays Private Limited (“OYO”), to the customers booking IndiGo flights on August 8, 2017, between 1200 hours and 1800 hours (IST) (“Promotion Period”).
OYO will issue Voucher worth Rs. 600 per passenger per segment (“Voucher”) to direct customers booking IndiGo flights, during the Promotion Period, through IndiGo’s website (www.goind...in) or mobile app only. This offer is not valid on group bookings.
Only resident citizens of India who are of sound mind and aged eighteen (18) years or above are eligible to accept this Offer. Any flight bookings made through travel agents, or by corporates, or through a platforms other than IndiGo’s website or mobile application, will not be eligible for the Offer.
A Voucher can only be redeemed on www.oyoroo...om or OYO’s Android and iOS mobile app, for booking an accommodation of Rs. 2000 (Rupees two thousand) or more (“OYO Booking”). Only one Voucher may be redeemed per OYO Booking. To refer detailed Voucher terms click here.
Vouchers will be sent to the email ID provided at the time of booking IndiGo flight, within seven (7) working days from the date of flight booking. IndiGo will not be responsible for any loss or non-delivery of Voucher due to incorrect email address or any other incorrect information provided at the time of flight booking.
OYO will be solely responsible for addressing and resolving queries, claims, issues and complaints, of any nature, arising out of or in relation with the Offer, Vouchers and OYO Bookings.
This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer, scheme, promotion, etc., of IndiGo.
The Offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis and is subject to force majeure conditions. IndiGo and OYO reserve the right to terminate or modify this Offer at any time, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.
By making IndiGo flight booking during the Promotion Period, customer: (i) unconditionally and irrevocable agrees to these terms and conditions; and (ii) consents that all information provided by the customer may be shared by IndiGo with its agents, representatives, service providers, employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the customer, in future.
This Offer will be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India and all matters related to this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
