4. Electronic Gift Cards are sold by QwikCilver and are delivered electronically and instantly to the email ID provided by the customer. There are no shipping charges. Customers need to ensure that the email address to which the gift card is to be sent is correct and valid.

7. Gift Cards can be used to purchase any tickets on BookMyShow website and mobile applications. They cannot be used to top up BookMyShow MyWallet or to purchase another gift card
8. Multiple Gift Cards can be used in a single transaction. If the total purchase value exceeds the value of the gift card, then the balance can be paid online through any other payment method to complete the transaction

10. Gift Card codes are to be stored carefully. If lost, they cannot be retrieved. No compensation will be given against lost cards / codes. Validity of gift cards cannot be extended. Signed-in users can store the gift card code in QuikPay in their profile section to prevent misplacing the codes.
