bsnl data, sms, call charges are strictly apply on festival season, so you need main balance for using internet/sms/call
i always avoid BSNL for this one and only reason + Always network busy

They still have validity system. One needs to recharge every 6 months with validity recharge. 🤣
Bsnl has the best network in the country, even if you go to places like ladakh etc where others operators are not available Bsnl is there and Bsnl 3G speed is much better than Jio 4G speed , check out before spreading negative rumours.
