This offer is for a limited period between 16th April 2016 00:00 to 17th April 23:59. Customers will receive an email from Flipkart stating their unique EGV number from May 24, 2016

1. Customers are not bound to participate in this offer and the participation is purely voluntary.
2. This offer is for a limited period
3. These EGVs are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. (Validity date will be mentioned).
4. These EGVs are valid for online booking of flights (Domestic/International) OR domestic hotels only at Yatra.com.
5. EGVs are valid for ONE time transaction only.
6. Discount of Rs.1,500/- can be availed on the booking of return flights (onward and return journey) only.
7. The domestic hotel offer is valid on a minimum booking amount of Rs.3,500/- made through a single booking.
8. Vouchers are non – cumulative, therefore two or more vouchers cannot be clubbed together to make a booking.
9. User has to apply the unique EGV number at the time of booking to avail the benefits. The unique EGV number is non-transferable and the customer is not permitted to transfer the EGV number to any other person.
10. Any applicable convenience fee / processing fee/excess tour cost / government taxes shall be payable at the time of booking (Only if the cost exceed the EGV value) and shall be borne by the customer.
11. If an EGV is lost or stolen, Yatra, Flipkart or Philips will not be liable for replacement or compensation.
12. This EGV cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offer discount/cash back/promotion run by Yatra.com.
13. No additional discount / reduction in the price will be entertained other than the offer mentioned on the EGVs.
14. If a purchase on Yatra is equal to the value of the EGV, then customer will have to pay Re.1 to complete the transaction.
15. If a purchase on Yatra is less than the value of the EGV, then customer can avail the discount maximum upto the value of the purchase only. Balance EGV amount will be forfeited and customer will have to pay Re.1 to complete the transaction.
16. If a purchase on Yatra is more than the value of the EGV, the balance amount can be paid through Net Banking, card (debit/credit cards), Mobile Wallet e.g. if Consumer wishes to reedem an EGV against the booking of Rs. 5,500/- then he can use a Rs. 5,000/ EGV and the balance amont of Rs. 500/- can be paid by Net Banking/card/mobile Wallet
17. Confirmation of any booking will be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the standard booking terms & conditions of Yatra.com.
18. Yatra.com is not liable to pay for any difference in fare/tariff between date of redemption request placement and date of using EGV during booking.
19. No change or cash can be taken in exchange of this EGV.
20. In case of cancellations on the bookings on Yatra, EGV amount will not be refunded back to the customer.
21. All the terms and conditions of the EGV as given hereof and standard terms and conditions, user agreement, privacy policy (subject to change) of Yatra.com as mentioned in the website www.yat...om and www.flipka...om and the terms and conditions of the respective airline/ hotel /resort/other service provider shall be applicable on the Customer.
22. Flipkart shall intimate the customer of the unique EGV number through email transmission from May 24, 2016. The customer acknowledges and confirms that it is aware of the nature of telecommunications/ Internet services, that the Email transmissions may not be received properly and may be read or be known to any unauthorised persons. The customer agrees to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstanding and Flipkart shall not be responsible in any manner.
23. Philips, Yatra and Flipkart reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any customer who does not abide by the terms and conditions. .
24. The customers shall receive the EGV’s after the 30 day return policy (i.e. after May 24, 2016) on the product purchased. Any customer who returns the products shall not be eligible for the EGV and will not be awarded the same.
25. Flipkart Internet Private Limited (Flipkart) shall not be liable for any loss, injury or any other liability arising to the customers as a result of Yatra’s failure to honour its obligations with respect to the customers and provide the EGV’s and any act or omission in relation to the EGV’s to the customer’s detriment. Any claims made by the customers owing to any act or omission by Yatra shall be the sole liability of Yatra and Flipkart shall not be liable in this regard.
26. Flipkart/Yatra reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Policy, at any time without any prior written notice to the customer.
27. The customer hereby agree to indemnify and keep Flipkart and Yatra harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart and Yatra as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of user agreement, privacy policy (subject to change) of Yatra.com as mentioned in the website www.yat...om and www.flipka...om; (ii) violation of applicable laws; and (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on the customer.
28. The operation of the offer is subject to force majeure events and on occurrence of such an event, the offer may be withdrawn at the sole discretion of Flipkart or Yatra and Flipkart or Yatra shall not liable for damages under any circumstances.
29. This offer shall be void in Tamil Nadu and territories where prohibited by law.
30. Flipkart hereby excludes and disclaims all liabilities, whether direct or indirect, that may arise, due to the offer, including but not limited to postponement or cancellation of the offer. The customer shall contact Yatra for any disputes/issues related to the offer and Flipkart shall not be held liable for any such disputes/issues.
31. This offer is valid only in India. The minimum age of such Participant shall be 18 years.
32. This offer shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India.
33. The offer shall be subject to the Income-Tax Act, 1961and all disbursements shall be subject to TDS, as applicable.
34. Any legal disputes, whatsoever regarding any aspect of the offer shall be handled in the jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana only.
