DishTV Offer – Terms and Conditions

This DishTV offer (“Offer”) is provided to you by Dish TV India Limited (“Brand”) and is made available on the marketplace www.ama...in and the mobile site and/or mobile application thereof (collectively, “Amazon.in”) by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”).
These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using Amazon.in. In the event of any conflict between the Conditions of Use & Sale and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail only for the purposes of this Offer. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.
The Offer is valid from Oct 12th, 2019 to October 25th, 2019 (both days inclusive) (“Offer Period”), unless revoked or extended by the Brand at its discretion without any prior notice or liability.
Any customer who purchases any television(s) listed on Amazon.in by any seller (each a, “Product”) during the Offer Period will be entitled to receive a voucher code worth INR 250 (Indian Rupees Four Hundred only). The said voucher code can be redeemed each time during the purchase of any of the identified DishTV set top box listed by the Brand on Amazon.in. The list of such identified DishTV set top box is provided at the end of these Offer Terms. The said voucher code is redeemable till November 30, 2019 only.
Upon successful purchase of a Product during the Offer Period, the customer will receive the aforesaid voucher code on his / her email address registered with Amazon.in, within a period of 15 days from the date of such purchase.
This Offer is valid only on purchase of the Product listed on Amazon.in by seller(s) and cannot be extended to any other products or services listed on Amazon.in.
The Brand reserves the right to add/alter/modify/change or vary any or all of these Offer Terms, or to replace (wholly or in part) this Offer by another offer (whether similar to this Offer or not), at any time without any prior notice or liability. Further, Amazon may remove this Offer from Amazon.in, at any time during the Offer Period, without any prior notice or liability.
There are no cash or other alternatives available, in whole or in part, in relation to the voucher code being offered under this Offer.
Any taxes as per the applicable laws, rules and regulations of Central/State government or local authorities shall be borne by the customer.
This Offer is fully funded by the Brand to the total exclusion of Amazon. Amazon will distribute the voucher codes, under this Offer, received from the Brand on an “as-is” basis. By participating in this Offer, you expressly agree that Amazon, its affiliates and/or any of their directors, employees, agents and representative will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that you may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer, including but not limited to that associated with the use or delivery or non-delivery or misuse of voucher code or any Product/product purchased through Amazon.in.
The decision of the Brand in relation to this Offer shall be final and binding on all the customers participating in this Offer. No appeals will be entertained in this regard.

Any and all disputes between you and the Brand in relation to the Offer or any claim related thereto will be resolved inter se and Amazon will not (nor will be liable or obliged to) mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between you and the Brand. Amazon will not be responsible and/or liable for handling, entertaining or resolving any queries or grievances regarding the use or misuse of the Offer in any manner whatsoever.
Any participation in this Offer is voluntary. This Offer is being made purely on a best efforts basis.
These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at New Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/disputes arising out of or in relation to these Offer Terms.
