PRELIMINARY

1. This is a promotional offer (“Offer”) from HP India Pvt. Ltd being run on www.flipka...om
(“Website”), Flipkart Mobile App, Flipkart Lite Platform (all three collectively “Platform”), which Platform
is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”)
2. By participating in this Offer, you (“You” or “Your”) agree to be bound by:
a. the Offer terms and conditions below (“T&C”);
b. the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant documentation including any
modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform.

OFFER DETAILS

e. During online registration customer to complete the following: • Fill in personal details • Put
in their Valid Email ID and Mobile Number • Upload copies of purchase invoice • Click on

f. Post online registration, customer will get to see redemption reference number on the “Thank

b. Enter your unique Voucher code code by selecting the “I have a promo code” option
c. Fill in your details & continue to pay the Balance amount (if any) using other Payment Modes

d. Hotels are not redeemable offline.
7. This voucher code is not valid on Flights, Holiday packages, Homestays, Bus, Rail and Car
bookings.
8. Voucher codes are valid for one time use only, any partial amount if remaining shall expire once
transaction is made.
9. Voucher codes are valid on bookings made through Goibibo Mobile App.
10. In case of transaction failures after Voucher code is applied, amount would be automatically
refunded to the same cards within 48 hours.
11. This Voucher code/voucher cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offer discount/cash
back/promotion/GoCash/GoCashPlus offer run by Goibibo.com on app or website
12. Products and services are subject to availability.
13. The Voucher code cannot be cancelled or exchanged for cash.
14. The Voucher code validity cannot be extended under any circumstances.
15. Goibibo is not responsible if the Voucher code is lost, stolen or used without permission.
16. In case of cancellation of bookings made using the voucher code within the validity period, the
amount will be reversed to the same card as used at the time of booking.

17. In case of cancellations where the voucher code validity has expired, no refund will be processed
for the amount paid by the voucher code.
18. Goibibo is the final authority on the interpretation of these rules
19. Goibibo reserves the right to deny accepting any Voucher code if it suspects that there is
duplicity of voucher codes.
20. In no event the liability of Goibibo for any claims shall exceed the value of the card.
21. In the event of any dispute, parties agree to exclusive jurisdiction of courts of New Delhi.
22. This is for individual use only, Travel agents found using the card would lead to cancellation of
booking and no refund would be made.
23. Please make sure that all customer details being provided at the time of registration on offer
page, should be correct and belong to the customer only, as offer and the related
communication shall be sent on this registered email ID/mobile number shared by the customer

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. This offer is applicable in case of purchase of Original HP Ink Cartridges only.
2. Offer is ONLY valid for end customer purchase made between 15th June’18 to 31st October’18.
3. Only 1 redemption per invoice is allowed.
4. This Offer is valid on select SKUs of HP Ink Cartridges as mentioned above , any series that is not
a part of eligible SKU list, will not be considered under this offer. Please read the offer carefully
as HP will not be responsible for any miscommunication in this regard.
5. All customer queries regarding the this offer can be directed to [email protected]
6. One mobile number can be used to register for the offer redemption for only two times. If more
than 2 requests are received with the same mobile number, the claim for offer benefit (s) shall
be Rejected.
7. In case of any customer issues related to the offer (post online registration), a maximum of 3
attempts will be made to ensure the validity of the redemption and resolve genuine issues
subject to fulfilment of terms and conditions of the offer.
8. Offer benefit(s) shall be processed and emailed on the registered email id within 7 working days
from the date of invoice upload. In case of any delay in processing of the same customer will be

9. In case if there is a discrepancy in the Invoice uploaded by customer, the agency representative

10. HP shall not be held responsible for any delay in communication with regard to this offer. Offer
can be withdrawn or changed by HP at any point without giving any prior notice and reason
whatsoever.
11. To the extent permitted by law, the Customers by availing this offer agree and undertake not to
hold HP and/or or any of their group entities or affiliates, their respective directors, officers,
employees, agents, vendors, responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses,

damages, costs, charges and expenses that you may/might have suffered, sustained or incurred,
or claims to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and/or on account of the present offer.
12. In case of any dispute or difference arising concerning the Offer or any alleged defect or
deficiency of service availed, the same shall be resolved through arbitration as per the
arbitration and the conciliation act 1996 and said will be at Mumbai.
13. Issuance of this offer does not amount to endorsement of the services provided by the various
third party service providers (“Service Providers”). Flipkart shall not be liable for any missed
services, quality, defect or deficiency in the services provided by such Service Providers.
14. All statutory taxes (direct or indirect, including local levies, TDS, registration fees, Insurance) on
the Offer shall be payable by you. Flipkart will not be responsible / liable for the same.
15. This Offer is subject to the prevailing laws of India. In case of Offer and / or any products, for

17. The Prizes under this Offer is guaranteed subject to the above and shall not be withdrawn by HP

unable to perform the services, for reasons beyond it’s control, such as, but not limited to force
majeure such as Acts of God, acts of civil or military authorities, acts of public enemy, terrorist
attacks, war, threat of war, destruction of network, strikes, lock-out, riots, civil disturbances,

acts of government, agencies or officers, volcano, volcanic ash, natural calamities, or any other
legitimate cause restraining performance of services.

21. Flipkart shall not be liable for any failure by HP India Pvt. Ltd./Goibibo to provide Offer benefits/
Prizes to the Winner. Bank shall indemnify and hold Flipkart harmless against any claims by the

not be liable for the fulfillment of the Offer.
22. You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Flipkart and HP India Pvt. Ltd. harmless against all
