yes…it ‘WAS’…

actually IFB used to have collaboration with Bosch and they were using Bosch technology..
recently(two to three years back)…bosch separated and..these IFB is selling age old technology to customers…
it was a nightmare for me with customer care when i bought my Washing machine….

i suggest you to check reviews about IFB…

Imo- One of best company if u want to purchase a Oven . Not saying because of deal but because of my personal experience

But Before u buy , Decide whether 20Ltr. wil b enough for u r Family (its sufficient for a family of upto 5) and also Do note that it is grill Micro Oven , so if u r a Non-vegetarian and loves to make Non-Veg at home that better u go with convection otherwise Most of the daily routine work can easily b done in this.

this is incorrect right as you said a convection microwave is better fro cooking meat as its faster right?

To other dimers – RDX brother suggested me to buy this model 6 months back. That time, I was about to buy videocon microwave, but he advised me this model. I bought it offline in Rs 5900.

Since then I am very happy and enjoying lot of dishes, thanks to RDX bro

And now it is coming with 19 piece container set. In this price it is definitely a steal deal.
If you or any of your relative is planning to buy microwave, then you should buy this one now.

I purchased it in Last NOV. for 4990/- with some basic utensils.

Brand: well known, but my opinion is that good for front loaded washing machines and Dishwashers.
I have their base level front loading washing machine, happy with product.

Service: average. There is no guarantee of warranty :: I tried a lot that I can get a proof of warranty, but they refused. They said only bill(a printour of HS18 order is OK)
Their person came for demo after a lot of follow up.

Product: Its lil smaller: for roasting peanuts, I need to make batches.
Heating: While roasting papad, its not done uniformly.
Good for boiling, steaming, etc…I prefer only to help for my normal cooking. I cook some vegetables in it, roast things or heat some drinks(tea – coffee- milk)
I dont think cakes n breads can be done better in it, although given in menu.

Note: I havent utilized all the menu/ options yet; but feel that it can be a good product in less cost to help your LPG cooking. But forget the service.(Which is not needed to me till now, except demo.)
