This limited period promotional offer (“Offer”)is made available to you by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”) on the website www.ama...in and its corresponding mobile site and mobile application thereof (collectively “Amazon.in”)
These Offer terms and conditions (”Offer Terms") are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use and Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree by using Amazon.in.

To the extent the Amazon.in Conditions of Use and Sale are inconsistent with these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms shall prevail, with respect to this Offer only.

You may only avail this Offer if you are: (a) located in India; (b) have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in; and © have a billing address in India.

This Offer is valid from July 01, 2018 to July 31, 2018 (both days inclusive) (“Offer Period”), unless extended or revoked by Amazon, without prior notice and without any liability.

Under this Offer, any customer who purchases, eBooks on Amazon.in, for any value, will be able to avail cash back for maximum of Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty on buying a new Kindle E-Reader available on Amazon.in. The customer will be able to avail the Offer only on buying the Kindle E-Reader during the ‘Prime day’ offer period.

A customer shall receive the benefit under this Offer only once (i.e. cashback of Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty as Amazon Gift card) on only on purchase of minimum of one unit of a new Kindle E-Reader. The customer shall receive the cash back on or before August 7th, 2018.

This Offer is valid on purchase on any eBook on Amazon.in and any Kindle E-Reader on Amazon.in.

The offer is valid only on the amount spent by the customer to purchase ebooks. There will be no cashback on the ebook purchase price funded by pre-existing offers, Kindle Credits, etc.

For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that the Offer is not valid on certified refurbished Kindle E-Readers and the two Kindle Starter Pack products.

This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offers or promotions that are being run on Amazon.in whether on Kindle E-Readers or otherwise. However, in case the customer is also eligible for 50% cashback offer on Kindle eBooks for Prime Day 2018, customer will be eligible to get maximum of Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty as cashback combined under these two offers. Any cashback offered to the customers to avail 50% cashback benefit will be adjusted so that maximum cashback per customer is Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty

Amazon reserves the right to disqualify a customer from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Offer.

The benefit under this Offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or other goods or services. Further, the benefit under this Offer is not for resale.
By participating in this Offer, every customer expressly agrees that Amazon or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that he/ she may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer.

Any query / issues regarding the Offer will be entertained by Amazon only during the Offer Period. Post the expiry of the Offer Period, Amazon will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer or the benefits under this Offer, from any person.

Amazon reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all and/or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.

Nothing contained herein amounts to a commitment by Amazon to conduct further, similar or other offers.

These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
