This the super jumbo of convection ovens for serious turkey fans.

Home bakers prefer the 40 ltrs convection.

The one used by Vikas Khanna in Twist of Taste Coastal Curries on Fox Traveller is Kenwood 40 lts Convection with Side mounted fans.Not able to find this model in store nor 40 lts to find the convection fan location which BTW is very important.

FYI the silver coloured mixer used by him in the show is of kenwood costing the price of a brand new Bajaj Pulsar .
