• You will get 100% cashback on doctor’s appointment fee
• Maximum cashback is Rs.500
• User need to login to dashboard on Credihealth’s website and upload proof of visit which could be either
  a. Registration slip
  b. Doctors prescription

  2. Click on ‘Profile’ for App/ Click on ‘My Account’ for the Web
  3. Click on Your orders
  4. Choose the order you wish to redeem

  6. Select your preferred doctor and enter promo code while booking the appointment
  7. After your visit to the hospital, login into your dashboard
  8. You will see Redeem Paytm cashback against your appointment
  9. Upload proof of visit which could be either a registration slip or doctor prescription
  10. Once approved by our team cashback will be credited into your Paytm within 7 working days
