Harmless under 300°C. But in India we don’t use thermometers while cooking. So, there is a risk factor

Fully Agree

Buy iron tawa at much lesser price and also more tasty and healthy.. They already looted lots of money from us by selling unhealty non stick aluminium pans..

Also use traditional cookware like clay kadai, clay tawa which is much more tastier and healthier for cooking..
