I checked again found the same.
I bought during the last sale and it has been only followups with amazon and livpure to get it installed. I am planning to raise a return request by EOD tomorrow as amazon rep assured me that they have escalated this to “highest” level and tomorrow it will be installed at all costs. Not that I trust their flowery language but have no choice. I liked the looks of it and reviews were also good. Sad that their services are so bad and I thought at least in Bangalore it might be good but was wrong.
