Offer Details:

Citibank, N.A. (“Citibank/Citi”) and Shoppers Stop Ltd. are jointly launching an Offer (hereinafter referred to as “Offer”) during the below mentioned Offer Term which is being extended to all individuals who are holders of First Citizen Citi Credit Cards (hereinafter referred to as “FCC Cards”) issued in India
(hereinafter referred to “FCC Cardholder/ Cardmember”), the details of which are as under:.

 15% additional cash back at Shoppers Stop stores for FCC Cardholders from 13th June 2019 to 5th July 2019 (hereinafter referred to as “Offer Term”).

 The Offer is applicable on a minimum spend of Rupees 7000 Only on the FCC Card.

 Maximum cash back per FCC Card will be Rupees 1200 Only

 Cash back will be credited in the Cardmember’s card account on or before 5
th October 2019. The timeline provided for effecting the credit is only indicative of expected period and may differ from actual date of credit.

 To earn the cash back under the Offer, the FCC Card will have to be swiped on a Citibank EDC machine only. FCC Cardholders will not be credited any cash back if the transaction is swiped on a Non-Citibank EDC machine.

Offer Terms and Conditions:

 This Offer is valid on all FCC Cards issued in India.
 Add-on FCC cards will be treated as separate cards.
 Only transactions completed during the Offer Term) shall be considered under this offer.
 15% additional cash back is applicable on transactions made on FCC Cards, for a minimum net transaction value of Rupees 7000 Only during the Offer Term

 The Offer is applicable at Shoppers Stop Limited (Shoppers Stop) stores across India including Shoppers Stop Airport Stores, HomeStop Stores and Mothercare & standalone M·A·C India, ESTEE LAUDERIndia, CLINIQUEIndia, BOBBIBROWNIndia, SMASHBOXIndia stores in India (Shoppers Stop operated stores) and at Shoppers Stop’s website, i.e., www.shoppersst...om (herein after referred to as the “Stores” except for stores located at Durgapur, Vijayawada,
Goa, Raipur, Raipur Airport, Siliguri, Latur, Agra, Meerut and Kolhapur

 Maximum cash back per FCC card will be Rupees 1200 Only

 The cash back will not be applicable on purchases made through any First Citizen Reward Points, Instant redemption of Citi reward points, Shoppers Stop Gift Vouchers, Shoppers Stop Gift Cards, Shoppers Stop Electronic Gift Voucher or any other gift voucher, Cash and Credit Note.

To earn the cash back under the Offer, the FCC Card will have to be swiped on a Citibank EDC
machine only. FCC Cardholders will not be credited any cash back if the transaction is swiped on a Non-Citibank EDC machine.

 The Offer is applicable on Shoppers Stop End of Season SALE (EOSS) STOCKS as well as FRESH STOCKS which are not a part of Shoppers Stop’s EOSS.

 The Offer is not valid for any purchases done at Crossword, www.crossw...in.

 During the Offer period, in the event of double swipe of FCC Card, and wherein, the complete transaction amount is refunded to the Cardmember’s FCC Card, then such Cardmembers shall not be eligible to receive the cashback for the said amount.

 In the event orders/transaction are cancelled (during & outside the Offer Term), the
corresponding cashback value on that order/transaction will not be applicable.

 The Offer cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offers at the Shoppers Stop Stores except for select ongoing Citibank & Shoppers Stop Co-Brand card offers which shall be at the
discretion of Shoppers Stop and/or Citibank.

 Citibank and Shoppers Stop jointly reserve their right to add, alter, modify, change or vary, extend or terminate any of the terms and conditions of the Offer at any point of time without prior notice and without assigning any reason or giving any intimation whatsoever.

 Shoppers Stop shall not be liable, in case any Cardmember defaults in paying the purchase
amount to Citibank.

 The Offer is brought to the Cardmembers solely by Citibank. Any dispute regarding cash back under the Offer must be addressed in writing, by the Cardmembers directly to Citibank. Shoppers Stop will not entertain any communication in this regard. Any query/
contention/dispute raised by any Cardmember to Shoppers Stop with regards to the Offer shall be forwarded to Citibank who shall be solely responsible for resolving such queries/
contentions/disputes within reasonable time.

 Any dispute regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the products/services in relation to the Products/ Services under the Offer must be addressed in writing, by the Cardmember directly to Shoppers Stop. Citibank will not entertain any communication in this regard. Standard Terms & Conditions of Shoppers Stop shall also be applicable in addition to these Terms & Conditions stated in here.

 In case of any disputes relating to the transactions arising under the Offer forwarded by a Cardmember to Citibank, the Cardmember will be required to furnish the original charge slip(s)within 120 days of completion of offer term.

 In the event of non-happening, cancellation or partial happening or delay or anything to be
done in respect of the Offer is prevented or delayed for reasons, circumstances or events
beyond the control of Citibank or Shoppers Stop or any other entity, including but not limited to computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, interception, fraud, technical failures, floods, fires, accidents, earthquakes, riots, explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government or other causes of like or similar or other character, then , neither Citibank or Shoppers Stop nor their respective agents, sponsors nor their agent, successors or assigns shall be liable to any of the Cardmembers participating in the Offer for the same to the extent so prevented or cancelled or delayed, and neither Citibank nor Shoppers Stop shall be liable for any consequences arising
thereafter
