They scan the item and as soon as they detect metal the start enquiring.
Plus no shopping website, be it either ebay or aliexpress etc, takes responsibility of customs and duties. For such things better search Amazon global. They would take end to end responsibility.

In this one shipping is free.Also ask the seller to remove the outer cover and send it in a normal cover. Also mention him to mark it as gift and value below 50$.
