Introducing Desidime Groups: Quick Deal Alerts on your fingertips

Hello Dimers,

A Group is a Dimer’s own little platform, through which they send their subscribers the deals and offers, they think are the best and worth grabbing.

A number of our experienced Dimers are currently hosting different types of groups; you can subscribe to any of them if you wish to.

You will find the list of all the currently active groups on DesiDime run by various Dimers with a short description about what each group has to offer. Select a group/s, you are interested in, click on follow (you can filter on basis of hotness, total deals, No. of group Subscribers). Choose how you want to receive the alerts, via Whatsapp, App, SMS, Email and Web Notification. That’s it. Now, you will start receiving deals from your favorite Dimers on a regular basis. In case, this is your first Group Subscription; you will be asked to verify your mobile number.

How Groups work:
1. You need to have minimum 100 Karma points to be eligible to create a group or to become a co-owner (know more about karma here – https://www.desidime.com/forums/suggestions-iss...)
2. Once you create a Group, you can add deals to your Group.
3. You can add any number of deals to your Group but the number of broadcast are limited to 5 so that your subscribes do not get spammed.
4. You can add a deal to your group from the respective post.
5. Your subscribers will receive the communication only if you select ‘Send Broadcast’ checkbox.
6. If you do not select it, deal will be only added to your channel and no communication will be sent to your subscribers.
7. You can delete your group from ‘Settings’.
Once you delete the group, the users will get unsubscribed and you will not be able to continue that group anymore.
8. If no deal is shared in 30 days, the group will be paused. You can reactivate only by adding a deal.
9. You can add a maximum of 3 co-owners who can also add deals to your group.
10. You can add a Group picture (200 × 200 px) and can also add a Group Banner (1500 × 500 px)
11. This is your own curated collection of deals which you feel are the best… so you can share Group link with your friends and they can come and browse your group page.. You are the Boss of the group… you decide whats worth to appear there and customize it as per your liking.

To unsubscribe from a group; simply untick all the notification mediums on the follow button present on the group page.
