Sure,

SBI Simply Click Card,

2000 Amazon Voucher for spending 100,000 | that’s 2%
(With Amazon balance you can order food, do recharge and pay bills as well)

+

1.25% Cashback for every online spend
So 2+1.25 = 3.25%

If you shop on amazon then instead of 1.25%, it is 2.5%
So if you buy from amazon then 2.5+2 = 4.5%

Paypal is very new to the Indian market and I doubt they will start with credit business quickly. But they do have a good data of freelancers in India which is an untapped market for credit cards. Not sure how it goes as earlier payu had a similar plan but dropped later.
