Called them today and created SR. Told it will take 8-10 working days to get resolve. I don’t know about the offer of 14-17 april, Coz i din’t receive any email or sms nor on their facebook page. Already took the risk of 2500 points and product at central are very costly.

April 14-17 offer is confirmed, I cross verified with payback on facebook and even CC , But this time the offer is only for those who received the sms or email. Last month offer was for all payback users.

Was this the reply to your ticket? If that’s the case, we haven’t lost points but they’ve looted us. I redeemed 10380 points myself that day & I even missed the India vs Australia T20 match for this.
They should’ve specifically mentioned the offer T & Cs instead of putting up advertisement at Central. They portrayed the offer as if it was valid for ALL Payback customers.
Re-raise the ticket. I’ll raise one too. Let’s pester them. They can’t deceive us like this & get away with it.
