I placed order last week. I had called up customer care and checked. The person had told me that cashback could happen instantly also. I tired and got instantly. I placed 2nd order for which i have not yet recd the same. On checking with customer care, they told, cashback will come after 14 days delivery. I am ok with waiting as getting Progressive Glasses for free is a good deal any given day.
Now They have changed term and they inform that it will coolcash wallet not source. this change on 10th may. So I have cancel my order.

Cashback is in mode of payment. I checked with customer care again for my second order. They said i will get money back in card i used to make payment.

If t&c change later on.. then it would apply prospective or retrospective..suppose I placed on 13th and t&c change from 15th so t&c before 15th should apply for 13th order ?..but cc is not trustworthy🙊
