2. You decide what type of lens you want and you dont care selecting costly lens because you think coolcash will come to rescue
3. You try to coolcash , but now its not 100% redeemable . You get frustrated and chose a little less expensive lens
4. Somehow you managed to find a frame and lens in your budget .
5. You now proceed to cart and select your address .
6. Now you will select your payment method as PhonePe and pay the amount .
7. Something will strike our brain …. What if I dont get cashback as you recall the incident that happened last time with many customers during summer sale offer.
8. Meanwhile you will fill the prescription if applicable.
9. But just like that you get a notification that 1500 has been credited to your PhonePe account .
10. You feel happy because you are getting a Frame and Lens for free or nominal amount .
11. Now you will most probably get a message saying your order has been cancelled .
12. You might get furious and call the Customer Care executives and they will say just sorry and wont do anything other than talking which has no use .
