Note :
1. Enrolling for Free Certificate will work only on a computer based browser (Your good old PC)
and it will not work on Coursera App and nor on the Coursera Mobile Website.
Trick—>> Mobile users can try loading the Desktop View on the Mobile broswer 
2. Some may not be able to see the discount when they arrive at the course page on Coursera, wait for the promotional banner to appear at the top, and only then click on Enroll for Free. If you don’t see the banner, please refresh the main Course Page as mentioned below.If still you wont get the banner , try clearing your browsing history , cookies and Cache (Worked for me for few courses)
3. A few of the courses are already free and you wont get any option of enrolling for the Certificate program.
I am providing Masterlink to the courses in the post below because as per discussion
with Coursera Team the direct link wont work many times, as cookies are set from the main Course page and
for enrolling into individual courses you may need to refresh the Main Course page again and again after
enrolling in every new course.
The process you have to follow is mentioned in below steps – Read the complete post carefully and completely
1. Disable Adblocker to find out the ribbon mentioning if the course is free or not as shown in image below

2. Click on Enroll in course for Free and Select the , Purchase course option

3. Click on Continue and Go to Payment Page – you will see discount applied and course fees as Zero

4. Click on Pay Now , you will be greeted with Congratulation Message for Successful free Certificate Enrollment

5. To be eligible for the certificate, make sure you complete the course within 6 Months of enrolling.
6. Worried that you have already enrolled in the course for Free with only Audit Access without Certificate.
Don’t worry go to the this link https://www.coursera.org/in-progress?...=1,
Un-Enroll from the course and then you can Enroll Again with free Certificate, by following the above mentioned steps.

Some of the courses might have exhausted their quota and may not available with Free certificates now
but you can still enroll for free for them and learn..

Coursera giving Free Certificate Courses , please don’t enroll for all the the course
just because its free, enroll for the ones which are relevant to you and refer to other instead.
Someone who actually needs the course might get benefited as these are Quota based
courses and are available for limited number of Enrollments.

Same problem was there with me earlier as you are facing right now
and now I have enrolled in all the courses which i needed
with free paid certificates except 1 , which is notified to
Coursera team and they are working on the same.
You aee champ buddy it worked just enable desktop browser was trick +1

and anyone will surely get it until the Quota exhausts.. 
It works fine on mobile also. I just purchased AWS machine learning for free on my mobile using your link
Good…. I forgot to mention that mobile users can
use the trick of loading the desktop view on the mobile browser

open the main course page where the courses are listed as mentioned in the post
in 2nd tab open the course page you want to enroll in
reload the main course list page
then reload the course page you want to enroll in..
you will get the ribbon

you have to refresh https://www.coursera.org/promo/wellness-free-c....? for enrolling into courses mentioned on the same page
Do the same for other Masterlinks.
Instead of refreshing go to the course you want to enroll in from the main page
after enrolling come back using back button and reload the main page. 
Which one is better Coursera or Udemy in terms of certificate value ??
Not able to get discount
Works fine , just checked on my PC on chrome browser
This shows fee but when go for payment then it shows complete amount as discount with net pay zero. Also I copied the url to incognito mode and it worked every time. In normal mode it open the app
Do we have to complete course before 30may to get certificate? Or it is just to get enrolled and we can complete whenever we want?
