Why not use RedGirraffe and pay even less fee?
I use redgirraffee. Only thing I miss is that they don’t accept amex. Could have helped spend 4 lacs on amex platinum travel for all benefits.

Yes it’s a absolutely true that redgiraffe is best for the rent payment, although the rent feature is not showing in my cred app. It’s already an updated version on my phone.

It’s 1.5% although better than NoBroker. But still less than redgirrafe which takes only 0.39%.

I used Nobroker till now but they take 2 days to process the payment. I highly doubt that they may also close anyday after this lockdown which may cause loss of my payment for mere 0.5%-1% savings.
Then my doubt is applicable on redgirraffe also as startups are very prone to failure at these kind of times without funding, so should we really risk our money in current scenario for mere 1% return?
Redgiraffe has proper tie-up with bank like HDFC, ICICI etc. Its not like nobroker or cred. You can always charge back if not paid by Redgiraffe
redgiraffe best to pay rents with cc.. dont use axis fk at payzapp they wont give reward points.. i uses iconia visa indus which gives 1% on weekends.. i used to pay my rent 18500 and 85/- giraffe charges ..it will take 3 days to credit in landlord account. currently this is best for rent payments

Beaware of nobroker.. if you don’t have rent agreement.. they will refund your money with 2% charge+ 1% which you paid.. means if you have paid 50000+500(charge) and they ask for rent agreement for 50k.. and you dont have that.. then they will refund 4900
Please also mention that they need rent agreement above Rs. 49999 rent payment and below that they don.t required agreement.
