Terms & Conditions – Cashback Offers

11th August – 15th August 2018

This marketing program (“Program”) is from respective bank (Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank & SBICPSL) under an arrangement with Infiniti Retail Ltd., (“Merchant”) and is open to all residents of India holding respective bank cards

The Validity of the Program (“Term”) is from 11th August 2018 – 15th August 2018 (Both days included), unless extended by Banks & Merchant.

Under this program, respective bank customers can avail following offers:

1) Axis Bank : 5% Cashback

Minimum Tran : 15000
Maximum Cashback : 2000

2) ICICI Bank : 5% Cashback

Minimum Tran : 15000
Maximum Cashback : 2000

3) HDFC Bank k : 5% Cashback

Minimum Tran : 10000
Maximum Cashback : 2000

4) SC Bank : 5% Cashback

Minimum Tran : 20000
Maximum Cashback : 2500

Cashback Offers
This Program is not applicable on Corporate or business cards.

Cashback programme is also applicable on e-Commerce transactions done on www.cro...om

Cashback is applicable on regular and EMI transactions on credit cards of participating banks.

Cashback will be processed in the form of points for HDFC
debit card customers.

Cashback will be processed by 16th November 2018 for all eligible transactions.

All queries related to the Program will be entertained only till the 15th August 2018

Any query regarding the Cash Back will be entertained till 16th November 2018. Post such date, Banks will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Programme from any cardholder.

All the queries related to cashback credit will be addressed by respective Banks directly and Infiniti retail Ltd will have no role in issue resolution

Banks do not endorse any of the products or brands being offered under the Program and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, suitability/fitness for a particular purpose(s), delivery or after sales service of such products which shall be at the sole liability to Merchant.

The Exclusive offers/discounts under these Programs cannot be clubbed with any other offer or discount extended by the participating brands as part of any other arrangement.

All the existing offers, gifts, discounts etc., that are being offered can be availed by the Cardholders apart from this exclusive offer as mentioned in the communication.
All government Levies like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., shall be payable by the Cardholder as applicable at the time the respective Programs were offered.

Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by Banks for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be Mumbai and language of arbitration shall be English. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against Bank.

Banks reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to this Program at any time with/without prior notice to the cardholders.
