•This marketing program (“Program”) is from ICICI Bank Ltd under an arrangement with Infiniti Retail Ltd., (“Merchant”) and is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current ICICI Bank Debit &/or ICICI Bank Credit Card (“Cardholder”)
•The Validity of the Program (“Term”) is for every Thursday between 14th July 2016 to 27th October 2016 (Both days included), unless extended by the Parties and Merchant.
•Under this program:
For purchase of Rs 15,000 & above with the card on Thursday during the campaign period, ICICI Bank Debit Card or Credit cardholder can avail Rs 1000 as same day Cash back on qualifying transaction at Croma store
For purchase of Rs 15,000 & above with the card on Thursday during the campaign period, ICICI Bank Debit Card or Credit cardholder can avail Rs 1000 as Cash back on qualifying transaction on croma.com which will be processed within 10 days from date of transaction
Maximum Cash back on a Thursday will be Rs. 1,000 at a card level
•This Program is not applicable on ICICI Corporate or Business Credit cards
•The program is applicable on all ICICI debit cards
•Program is applicable only on transactions done on Thursdays & will not be applicable on any other day of the week
•Cashback will not be applicable on advance invoice
•Cashback will not be applicable on EMI transactions done at Croma POS terminal or on croma.com
•Maximum 1 transaction on a card will be eligible for same day cashback on a Thursday, any further transaction using same card will not get the benefit of the offer. Only 1 card per invoice is eligible for cashback
•Multiple transactions summing up to Rs 15,000 on a card level will not be eligible for the offer
•Any query regarding the program will be entertained till 27th October 2016. Post such date; ICICI Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from any cardholder.
•Customer will get reimbursement at the time of transaction and benefit will reflect on charge slip. If charge slip does not display reimbursement amount then the card is not eligible for cashback. Bank Card Account is required to be active and non-delinquent. Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for this offer.
•All the existing offers, gifts, discounts etc., that are being offered can be availed by the Cardholders apart of this exclusive offer as mentioned in the communication.
•Under no circumstance will the offer/discount being offered under this Program be settled with cash in lieu by ICICI Bank or by Merchant
•All government Levies like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., shall be payable by the Cardholder as applicable at the time the respective Programs were offered.
•Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by ICICI Bank for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be at Mumbai and language of arbitration shall be English. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank
•ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to this Program at any time with/without prior notice to the cardholders.
•The Program is for the consumption of individual retail consumers only
•Infiniti Retail & ICICI Bank reserve right to modify or end the offer during the campaign period

Terms & Conditions for Terrific Thursday Movie Tickets Offer:

1. Each e-voucher is valid for two tickets only.
2. Only registered e-vouchers with authentication numbers will be valid for processing booking requests.
3. The e-vouchers will not be extended in case you fail to utilize it by registering within 15 day of receipt of the Movie code.
4. CineRewardz will require at least two different show options (theatre, date & time) to process the request.
5. This e-voucher is valid for all shows from Monday to Thursday and Friday to Sunday morning show. Normal Silver class seating arrangement will be allotted. Not valid for new releases in the first week and 3D shows.
6. Tickets once issued cannot be changed / amended.
7. The e-voucher has to be booked minimum of two days before the expiry date of the e-voucher. The movie has to be watched on or before the expiry date of the e-voucher.
8. CineRewardz/ Croma cannot be held responsible for any show’s being cancelled by theater authorities for whatsoever reason.
9. CineRewardz/ Croma is not responsible for the quality of the seats / movie or any service discrepancies at the theater.
10. This e-voucher entitles the customer for only a movie ticket and no other facilities such as food and beverages.
11. Tickets will be issued subject to availability without any seat preference.
12. This e-voucher will not be valid for special shows, public holidays, national holidays and special screening if any.
13. This e-voucher is not exchangeable for cash.
14. This is a promotional e-voucher only and is not saleable or transferable and cannot be exchanged with cash.
15. Not more than 1 e-voucher can be redeemed at a time
16. It’s not valid for group booking. The redemption of this e-voucher can be done only through www.cinerewar...om.
17. Any dispute subjected to Mumbai Jurisdiction.
18. Employees / Distributor / Dealer / Retailers of the participating companies are not eligible to use this e-voucher.
19. The Scheme is being offered solely by RewardPort Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and shall not be an offer by or scheme of Croma.
20. Croma will not be liable or responsible in any manner whatsoever in respect of this scheme including inability of RewardPort Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to extend any benefit of this scheme to any customer.

2. Click the “Register Tab” and submit the necessary information. Please ensure you receive a submission confirmation.
3. On successful registration you will receive an Authentication No. On your mobile /email id., which can be used after 24 hours to complete your booking request. Please use the same authentication code in all correspondence with CineRewardz in future.
