 Offer: Additional 5% cash back on minimum purchase of Rs.15000/-
 Offer period: 6th August 2016 to 28th August 2016 (both days inclusive)
 The customer can avail a maximum cash back of Rs.2000/-.The cash back shall be available on the net transaction value of a single transaction
 Net Transaction Value shall mean the retail price of the products purchased less sale discount offered to the card holders at the Croma Outlets. The 5% cash back from Axis Bank shall be applicable only if the Net Transaction Value per bill is equal to or greater than Rs.15000/-.
 The cash back is applicable on a single transaction and bills cannot be clubbed to av ail the same
 Cashback programme is also applicable on e-Commerce transactions done on www.cro...om
 This Offer is valid on all Axis Bank Retail Credit and Debit Cards. This offer is not valid on NRE Debit Cards and Corporate Credit Cards.
 The cash back will be processed 60 days after the end of the promotional period i.e 28th October 2016.
 All Customer Queries/dispute on the offer should be raised during the offer period or within 90 days after expiry of the promotion period. For any disputes, the customer needs to furnish a scanned copy of the charge slip and invoice for the case to be taken for further investigation.

Customers purchasing two or more products as part of a single order with at least one product of value Rs. 15,000/- and above will eligible for a 5% value back on the 2nd and subsequent products on the same order.

The value back will be applicable as follows:
The highest value product above Rs. 15,000/- will be considered the First product and will not be eligible for this value back.
Every other product, irrespective of the value, will be eligible for a 5% value back on the Selling Price.

The discount will be applicable as follows:
The most expensive product above Rs. 15,000/- will be considered the main product and will not be eligible for a discount.
Every other product, irrespective of the value, will be eligible for a 5% discount
At least one of the products purchased has to be above Rs. 15,000/-
All the products purchased have to be on the same invoice
The highest priced product will be considered as the main product
This promotion is not applicable on advance invoices
Any other store offer cannot be combined with the promotion.
Category Promotions: Customer can choose to take either the category offer or the 5% discount; not both

The First Product as defined above should have an effective selling price(after discounts, if any) of Rs.15000/- or more.
Value back will be in the form of Electronic Gift Voucher(EGv) issued to the customer.
EGV will be delivered to the registered email ID on before 5th Sep, 2016.
If the order is cancelled or modified subsequently then the respective Electronic Gift Voucher will not be issued.
Validity of the EGvs would be till 30th November 2016.
Offer valid on select brands only.
One customer can purchase only one unit of this product on or before 16/08/ 2016. More than one purchase of this product by the same customer (to be decided by the company based on certain internal criteria) may be cancelled by the company at its sole discretion without any liability towards such cancellation except refund of purchase price already paid by the customer.

Single invoice value of Rs. 15,000 and above will be eligible for a Croma gift card. The promotional gift card will be loaded with 5% of the invoice amount or to the maximum value of Rs. 2000 by 5th September’2016.
Validity: 6th August – 16th August, 2016 (Both Days Inclusive)

Terms & Conditions:
This Promotion is applicable on single invoice value of INR 15,000 and above
Maximum value back applicable per invoice / per card is INR 2000
This promotion is not applicable on advance invoices and on sale of Sony Panels, Samsung Mobiles and Samsung Tabs.
No more than One Promo card to be redeemed in one invoice
Promo Gift card will be credited with the value back amount by 5th September, 2016 and subject to the receipt of activation SMS by 31st August’ 2016. If the SMS is not received on/ before the said date then the issued card wouldn’t be activated.
Due to any reason, if the transaction is reversed/ refunded/ cancelled then the respective Gift card will not be credited with value back amount.
The cash back would ONLY be credited, if both of the trail requirements are met:
Promo Gift card to be issued @ Rs.1 in main invoice only.
Promo Gift card, to be issued on a single invoice value of Rs. 15000 or above
Process for gift cards issuance and activation of QC Promo Card
An activated and pre-denominated gift card(s), loaded with Rs. 1 will be shipped at the stores.
On closure of the sale, cashier needs to redeem these cards on the same invoice. It is must that the “promotional” gift cards redeemed are mapped to its right commercial invoices. SKU-190401
For activations, customer needs to send SMS to a short code 7200666000 and please educate the customers for retaining their cards for future offer.
Process for customers to activate their cards:
Customer to send SMS on 7200666000 with the 16 digit card no
Post SMS is send, customer will get message stating: “Thank you for the confirmation. You will receive the 5% value back* or max of INR 2000 in your Promo Gift Card by 5th September’ 2016. *T&C Apply. Happy shopping at Croma”
Format for sending SMS for activation of Gift card GCACT ” to 7200666000
The card’s validity period will be 90 days from date of Issuance / invoice, whichever is earlier and post which the cards can’t be accepted for redemption.
Please note, due to any reason/ due to any network / handset woes, if the SMS activation request is not received within stipulated timelines Via SMS then the customer will be ineligible for cash back. On receipt of the SMS request, an acknowledgment auto response would be triggered back and the card would be activated on the dates as penned above.
To Redeem these cards, the minimum invoice value should INR 2000 & above.
5 % value back will be calculated on net Invoice value after all Offers and discount is applied.
Due to any reason if the transaction is cancelled / reversed / refunded etc then it is must for the cashier / Head Cashier / Store manager to mail and inform QC helpdesk for blocking the issued promotional card.
Multiple Promo cards can’t be redeemed on same invoice. i.e. One Promo card – one invoice.

The offer is valid for purchases from 6th August – 16th August, 2016.
5% Value back is only applicable on invoice value more than Rs. 15000 (Single invoice) and shall be issued in the form of Croma Gift card (Maximum up to INR 2000).
Customer to send SMS “GCACT <16 digit card number>” on 7200-666-000 for activation of the card, within 15 days from the date of invoice. Failure to do so will not activate the card and will not be eligible for any redemptions whatsoever.
Once the request is received, an automated confirmation SMS would be sent to the customer. On successful completion of the procedure, the value back amount will be credited by 5th Sept’16 which can be redeemed for any purchase from Croma stores or croma.com up to 90 days from the date of invoice.
Customers transacting on croma.com will receive e-GV with same conditions.
Minimum invoice value (single value) for redeeming this promotional card is Rs. 2000 and above
