The d2h Magic provides our subscribers access to a world of OTT apps such as Zee5, ALT Balaji, Hungama Play, Watcho and a huge library of curated online videos, Catch-Up shows, and Web-series.

How do I access this service?

To access this service, the subscriber needs to connect his d2h V-7000-HDW-RF set-top box to available Wi-Fi network or mobile hotspot through d2h Magic. Magic is connected into USB port of set-top box.

How do I buy the d2h Magic Stick?

Any existing customer can buy d2h Magic from our website (www.d...om) and we’ll contact with the next steps.

What do I pay for the installation?

As an introductory offer, d2h Magic is priced at Rs 399/- . No installation charges apply.

What is monthly service charge?

Monthly service fees Rs. 25/- (GST Extra), First 3 months free (Limited time offer)

What is the warranty on the d2h Magic?

There is a 6 months warranty for the d2h Magic, and for any failure the device will be replaced. d2h Magic is not covered as a part of the STB warranty issued by Dish TV.

What happens after the warranty period is over?

After the warranty period in case of any issues, the customer will have to purchase a new d2h Magic.

Will this service work with all Internet Service Providers?

d2h Magic doesn’t have a dependency on any specific ISP. This service is tested to be working with all major ISPs in India.

Which apps are currently offered as a part of the service?

Watcho, Hungama Play, AltBalaji, Zee5 are available on our platform. Apart from this, we also have a lot on online videos available from YouTube under most watched categories such as Entertainment, Kids video, etc.

Will I have to subscribe to apps separately?

Most of the applications freemium model, where a major section is available for Free. However for premium videos, games etc. within a specific app you will need to use your existing subscription or buy subscription if you don’t have.

How do I login and subscribe to these apps?
