I you want to buy this watch, Kindly create virtual card and pay for this watch using virtual card.
Do not put original card credential.

Last time i purchased Pendrive from aliexpress.com they cancel my order next day for no reason.
My card my swapped for 80 k in next few days from some fake payment gateway from Russia as international payment gateway does not ask for any OTP or secured password just credit card no, expiry data and cvv is enough for them.

Correct, last time I enquired from Axis bank why it did not asked for OTP on payment to Paypal A/c. International payment do not ask for OTP.

Paypal is also not in the list for eligible payment mode. Not sure at what rate they will charge in INR or any other charges.
