I have been seeing this crap from the time when they upgraded their “too-shitty” website to new shitty one (So they never fixed it)
I tried their so called new “online chat” feature… never got connected to any f**king parrot!

So to know my recharge date….now i have to probably call their parrot agents and waste my precious 10minutes at least to know it (& that will be when their NON-TOLL FREE number will connect on 5th try or so) What a pain in the A** !

I am also using DishTV since 2 years and never faced any issues as such. One thing which is to be observed is “we are living in India and not in USA”. Buy any product or service, if it is working good , you should be happy but they day it fails you feel the shitty systems of the companies.

The Original “AUKAAD” of a brand/Service can only be made out when things go wrong or a person deals with support.

Someone with a DTH connection..
& paying upfront for some 5-6 years for a same channel plan
& not using any active services
& never moving out of one place (with DTH)
& with properly installed dish…
will probably never face any issues for that long time

For that person…. his/her DTH connection rocks BUT REALITY might be lot DIFFERENT. !
