Definitions

• “Customer” shall mean all ICICI Bank who have a Retail Savings ICICI Bank account and are never active on iMobile(have not downloaded iMobile).
• “Discount” shall mean Rs 25 credited back to the Savings Bank Account post Prepaid Mobile Recharge of Rs 100 and above using the promo code “MOBFIRST”.
• “Program/Offer” shall mean the offer wherein the Savings Bank Account holder shall receive discount on Prepaid Mobile Recharge. “Primary Terms and Conditions” shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to the Savings Bank Account in addition to these Terms and Conditions.
• “Program Period” shall mean period commencing from September 1 to September 30, 2019 (both days inclusive).
• “Valid Transactions” means Customers who have downloaded iMobile for the first time and done a PMR transaction(only one transaction )
• “Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled by the Merchant Establishment prior to settlement with ICICI Bank.

Primary Terms and Conditions:

• All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

Offer:

• Customers who are never active on iMobile have to download iMobile and do a Prepaid Mobile Recharge using the iMobile App,during the offer period of Rs 100 and above, then he is eligible for a flat Rs 25 discount.
• This offer is only valid for Android users currently.

The availability of the Offer is based on the following criteria:

• The ICICI Bank Customer(s) may avail the Offer during the Offer Period or until the discount vouchers lasts with ICICI Bank whichever is earlier. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer that may be made available to the ICICI Bank or its Customer/s. The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable. Customer/s has to redeem the discount voucher in the Mobile APP during the offer period.

Terms and conditions of ICICI Bank:

• The Coupon can only be used on the mobile recharge section of the Application.
• The Offer is applicable for the Customers recharging their mobile talk time for Rs. 100 or above using iMobile, during the Offer Period.
• The Coupon is for the discount of INR 25 which is applicable on placing a request for mobile talk time recharge of INR 100 and above.
• Discount shall only be given to the Customer who are activating iMobile for the first time and on entering the Coupon Code
• The Coupon Code is valid for the first time activation on iMobile and first Valid Transaction.

• The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.
• ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the talk time or of the products/ services under the Offer provided by the concerned telecom provider.
