Terms and Condition of ZEE5 Subscription Offer

DEFINITIONS

“Alliance Partner” shall mean ZEE Entertainment Enterprises Limited, who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI Bank”) for purpose of providing the Offer (defined herein below).
“Customer” shall mean a person who holds a savings account and/or any other type of account(s), with ICICI Bank, which are eligible to use ICICI Bank internet banking services, and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
“Gift Voucher” shall mean vouchers worth INR 500 (Five hundred), issued by the Alliance Partner, which can be redeemed only on the website/mobile application of the Alliance Partner.
“Offer” refers to the presentation of Gift Vouchers, upon the Customer using ICICI Bank internet banking services, during the Offer Period on the Website, in accordance with the Offer Construct.
“Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from 27th April to 5th May 2020., both days inclusive.
“Primary Terms and Conditions” shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to be ICICI Bank’s internet banking facility/service as available at www.iciciba...om .
“Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.
“Secured Inbox” shall mean the inbox available after logging into ICICI Bank internet banking.
“Website” shall mean the following website of the Alliance Partner, www.ze...om.
“Void Transaction” shall mean a transaction wherein either a transaction has not taken place or transaction has taken place but has been canceled /rejected /unsuccessful by the Alliance Partner or ICICI Bank.
All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail

OFFER CONSTRUCT

Customers who do their first online purchase of the following using the ICICI Bank internet banking services for ₹500 or more become eligible to receive a ZEE5 subscription Gift Voucher worth ₹500. Online purchase that make the Customer(s) eligible for the Offer are as below:
Bill payments
Food ordering
Investments
Insurance
A Customer can avail the Offer only once during the Offer Period.
Upon redemption of the Gift Voucher, Customer can avail subscription of Alliance Partner’s subscription plan for 5 months from the date when the Gift Voucher is redeemed.
Eligible Customers would be informed through communication on their Secured Inbox or by SMS, about the Gift Voucher, within 60 (sixty) working days’ post end of the Offer Period.
The validity of the Gift Voucher will be valid for 6 months from the date when the voucher is received to you through SMS/Secured Inbox.
Offer is not valid on Void Transactions.
GENERAL TERMS PRESCRIBED BY ALLIANCE PARTNER

To avail the Offer, Customer will have to use the Gift Voucher shared by ICICI Bank.
The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash.
Only Customers not already availing any subscription plan of Alliance Partner shall be eligible to redeem the Gift Voucher.
Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer/discount/promotion available.
Any dispute regarding service, suitability, availability or quality of the Offer/or Product/Services availed under this Offer must be addressed in writing by the Customer directly to the Alliance Partner.
All terms and conditions related to Alliance Partner’s service shall be as per the Terms of Use available on Alliance Partner’s platform at https://www.zee5.com/term...se.

Disputes relating to the Offer will be settled under the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only.
ICICI Bank and Alliance Partner reserve the right to restrict discount from any account with suspicious behavior or invalid details/credentials.
STEPS TO REDEEM THE GIFT VOUCHER

If the Customer who has received the Gift Voucher is already an Alliance Partner application registered user, such Customer needs to follow the below steps:
Login into Alliance Partner (ZEE5) application
Go to subscription page
Apply the Gift Voucher code in the coupon code field and avail the Offer.
If Customer who has received the Gift Voucher and is a first time Alliance Partner (ZEE5) application user, such Customer needs to follow the below steps;
Register on Alliance Partner (ZEE5) application
Go to subscription page
Apply the Gift Voucher code in the coupon code field and avail the Offer
GENERAL TERMS PRESCRIBED BY ICICI BANK

ICICI Bank shall not be responsible for any products and services of third parties, payment for which is made by use of the ICICI Bank internet banking services and complaints, if any, about the same shall be re-directed to respective third parties.
All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to ICICI Bank internet banking team within 5 days after the date of the transaction/purchase. The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify eligible Customers from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Offer or otherwise by use of ICICI Bank internet services.
The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such offers cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
The Offer is valid only for select set of Customers selected at the sole discretion of ICICI Bank and who have received communication about the Offer from ICICI Bank, before or during the Offer Period.
Participation in the Offer by the Customers is voluntary.
This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer that may be made available to the Customer
The Offer is non-binding and non-encashable.
ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer provided by the Alliance Partner.
Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Customer due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the Customer. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the Customer.
ICICI Bank reserve the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
If Customer ceases to be an ICICI Bank customer at any time during the currency of the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the Customer.
