really i don’t think they should add 400 points

as per their t&c they stated that for a new user and if they link any one card then we get 400 points.. i registered with them and linked my debit card.. have not got any points, so i have sent an email to them.. they replied saying 400 points would be credited by this month end.. hope i will get the points, which can be used for some recharge/bill payment..

so if we have already redeemed card points thn we will count in a old user list??

if you have already registered on max get more app and linked card and redeemed points, then you are for sure an old user..
if you have redeemed points from mobikwik and newly downloaded and registered max get more app, then i think you will be considered as a new user only.. i too fall under this scenario..

I am trying since last…god knows , how many months, but I have not been able to add my BoB debit card.

I have successfully added my SBI card but I can’t see or refresh my points. Only thing good is I can convert them to cash by mobikwik.

They will Credit the Points after 1 Month for Sure.
