Part A: For Doodhwala Existing Customer

1. Use Referral Code For eg.: “XYZ123”

2. Existing customer avails maximum of 500 Doodhcash (per neighbour) on a successful referral. (see the below T&C under Newly Referred Customer or Neighbour)

3. When does the existing customer get 500 Doodhcash?

   Ans: Doodhcash will be credited to the existing customer upon meeting all the below criterions.

   STEP 1: Existing Customer will get the Doodhcash only after the Neighbour (referred customer) recharges his account with INR 500.

   STEP 2: New Customer Subscribes for Milk and completes first 10 successful deliveries.

4. Existing Customer can use Doodhcash to buy any product on the Doodhwala App.

5. These promotions are time bound and details regarding start and end time of the promotion will be available on the App.

6. Doodhwala has the rights to cancel or terminate the offer without prior notice if customer behaviour is found to be fraudulent in nature.

7. Doodhcash can only be redeemed on the Doodhwala app

8. Please note that by participation in the offer schemes and agreeing to the terms and conditions overrides your DND registration with Doodhwala and TRAI.

Part B: Doodhwala Neighbour (Referred Customer)

1. When does the referred customer get 500 Doodhcash?

   Ans: Referred customer gets 500 Doodhcash on a wallet recharge of INR 500 and subscribing to milk post that.

2. The 500 Doodhcash can be used in two parts – INR 250 for milk subscription and INR 250 for purchase of Fruits and Vegetables

3. 250 Doodhcash points can be earned on subscription of milk (1 litre minimum) 25 × 10 Days, 1 Doodhcash point corresponds to INR 1.

4. 250 Doodhcash points can be earned on purchase of fruits and vegetables 25 × 10 Days- Rs.25 minimum order value.

5. Doodhwala has the rights to cancel or terminate the offer without prior notice if customer behaviour is found to be fraudulent in nature and the rights to recover the benefit.

   - To understand how your friend (who has referred you) is eligible for INR 500, please refer to PART A – Point No. 4 

6. New Customer has 7 days to recharge and subscribe to avail the referral program.

7. Doodhwala reserves the right to change/modify/add/delete any of the terms and conditions of the offers without any prior notice.

8. Doodhcash for the new customer will be honored only when the subscription is applied and the first successful delivery is made.

9. ’Refer Your Neighbour’ offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer.

10. Doodhcash from your wallet can be used on milk subscription to a max of Rs 25 per day, if you are a new customer. To refer new people, and know more on the usage of Doodhcash once you become an existing customer, please refer to PART A.

TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT, SUSPENSION OR DISCONTINUATION OF THE PROGRAM

Doodhwala reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any customer that tampers or attempts to tamper with the deals/ offers or violates these Terms and Conditions or acts in a disruptive manner.

Doodhwala reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue temporarily or permanently the refer your neighbour program (including the Content and the devices through which the Services are accessed), with respect to any or all users, at any time without notice. You acknowledge that the company may do so in its sole discretion.

Once a qualified referred neighbour receives a referral link and registers,he/she will get only 7 days to recharge and subscribe to avail the referral program.Doodhcash is non-transferable and non-refundable.
