Has anybody tried multiple models of these electric choppers? Confused between Glen, Black & Decker, Philips, Orpat, and now this. https://cdn1.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_confused.gif

Just to add, I prefer knife skills myself. But recently saw Orpat and Philips models at friends’ places and was impressed with the speed and efficiency. In the end, I concluded that the blades were not sharp enough for tomatoes. And also that the height of the blades made those specific electric choppers useless for chopping smaller quantities, say 8-10 garlic cloves or 1-2 inches of ginger.

I feel that a dual or more blade design would be better in a electric chopper. Example: Borosil’s chopper. http://www.amazon.in/Borosil-Chefdelite-BCH20DB...

Please come forward and share your experiences/views. CC @Bulwark

I went through your knife skills last time and they were very helpful for me.

My mom started using this chopper and she is way to happy on this.
