first u took a wrong decision after sometime u again took a wrong decision by giving 1740 rs more.

I want to know how the exchange works? I own a redmi note 4, the screen is absolutely fine but the back had a small dent and scratches. Is there any problem?

Mi is not so kind that they will sell u at cheaper rates …mia2 has some lags and may be A3 is on there trigger list .. so choose wisely

I’m using Mi A2 since January ‘19, with all the latest updates. Not a heavy gamer, but I use the device for the entire day. It has never lagged for me atleast. I’ve more than 45 apps & multi tasking is always active for more than 12/15 apps.(Instagram, YouTube, DD, snapchat, etc) Battery drains but not so fast (face unlock turned off). Idk how device is lagging for other users of mi a2. I bought it for 13999 with 2k extra exchange discount, still i am jappy

Received yesterday.
Phone is slim & light compared to Note 7 which I bought recently.
Though screen is 1080p but redmi Note 7 screen is much better in color & clarity especially the blacks are very nice.
Androidone is very different from MiUI. Not much google apps & Mi apps like we see in Redmi .
Also linking of phone to Mi account is not seen yet.
speaker is very loud like old chinese phones but clear.
Camera is good if I compare with my Note 7.

Did not update to Pie after reading bad reviews here.
3.5 mm jack is replaced with type c but an adapter is provided.
The main disadvantage is we cannot charge or use otg simultaneously with headphone.
No memory card slot and available space is 43 gb only for our use.
No comment on battery as we have got used to with 4000 mah battery & below that will be substandard for us.
Hope this will help other to take decision to buy in exchange or not.

I was getting ₹3900 exchange value for my beaten up Redmi 1S from 2014. Should have gone for it when I had the chance. Also, FWIW, the seller is also accepting very old phones like the Galaxy Nexus (which wasn’t even sold in India officially). Showed me an exchange value of ₹5200 for my GNex but unfortunately, the screen is cracked.
