1. What is the 10% cashback offer for Prime customers and how do I avail it?

2. How and when will the cashback get credited?
a) 5% Cashback (upto 1500) will be credited directly to the eligible customers’ Amazon Pay balance account within 3 working days from the date of shipment. b) Unlimited 5%(for Prime) and 3%(for Non-Prime) cashback will be credited into Amazon Pay Balance as part of your Monthly Rewards issued on the date of your Monthly Bill Generation on Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit-Card

3. If a customer has used Amazon Pay ICICI-Bank credit card along with any other pre-paid methods, will she still be eligible?
Yes, however the cashback offer will be applicable only on the amount paid using Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card.

4. Is a Promo code required to avail the offer?
No

5. Will this offer be over and above other offers?
This Offer can be combined with other offers available on www.ama...in website or the Amazon mobile application (subject to meeting offer conditions).

6. What happens if I will return/cancel the order?
If you cancel the complete order, you will not be eligible for the offer. However, if you place another eligible order within offer duration, you will receive the cashback In case of partial cancellation, the refund amount will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis. Example: if a customer buys Pantry products worth Rs. 2000 under the offer, she would be eligible for Rs. 200 cashback; however due to some reasons she decides to return Rs. 1000 worth of products, then she will be refunded Rs. 900 (50% of item value returned, would lead to 50% cashback value being adjusted)

7. What happens in case of payment failure?
If you revise payment within the offer period, you will still be eligible for the offer.
