• Flat 10% Cashback on first ever transaction on Medlife using Paytm Wallet
• The offer is valid until 26th Oct 2017
• Maximum cashback is Rs.75
• If you pay Rs.500 you will get 10% cashback i.e. Rs.50
• If you pay Rs.750 you will get 10% cashback i.e. Rs.75
• If you pay Rs.1000 you will get maximum cashback i.e. Rs.75
• Valid for 1st ever Paytm transaction on Medlife
• Cashback will be cancelled in case of full refunds or cancellation of order
• In partial refund case cashback will be rolled back in same proportionate amount
• Mobile number needs to be verified to be eligible for cashback
• In case of any disputes with regard to cashback customer needs to get in touch with Paytm. In case of any dispute with regard to the order the customer should contact the Merchant/brand
• RBI mandates that upto Rs. 20 000 can be added in a month to a non-upgraded wallet. In case you reach these limits then cashback will get added to your wallet in the next calendar month. In order to allow cashback to be added earlier we urge that you request for a wallet upgrade (available under your profile)
