What is the maximum cashback I can avail under this offer? A customer can avail a maximum cashback of Rs.100 during the offer period
Do I need a promo code to avail the offer? No, you do not need a promo code.
When will I get the cashback? The cashback will be credited to the Amazon Pay balance account within 24 hours of delivery. In case there is a partial delivery or partial cashback, the balance will be credited within 15 working days. In case the final invoiced value of an eligible order goes below the eligible threshold due to seller related shorts/substitutions/price drops, the cashback will be credited within 7-10 working days.
What happens if I reject/return/cancel the order? If you cancel/reject the complete order, you will not be eligible for the offer. However if you place another eligible order during the offer period, you will be eligible for the offer. In case of partial cancellation, the refund amount will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis. Example: if a customer buys products worth Rs 2000 under the offer, however due to some reasons she/he decides to reject/return Rs 1000 worth of products, then she will be refunded Rs 925 (INR 75 will be adjusted against the cashback credited)
FLAT 100 CASHBACK OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Rs 100 cashback offer (“Offer”) is provided by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (“APIPL”) and made available on the Prime Now mobile application and Amazon Fresh (hereinafter referred to as, “Prime Now App”) by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“ASSPL”).
These offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Prime Now Service Terms and Conditions, the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice as available on the Prime Now App to which you agree by using the Prime Now App. To the extent the Prime Now Service Terms and Conditions, the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale, and Privacy Notice are inconsistent with these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to the Offer only.
You may only avail this Offer if you are: (a) located in India; (b) have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in; and © have a serviceable billing address in India.
This Offer will commence on 00:00:00 on November 08, 2019 and end on 23:59:00 on November 30, 2019, both days inclusive (“Offer Period”), unless revoked or extended by APIPL in its sole discretion without any prior notice.
During the Offer Period, each customer who purchase any Eligible Product(s) listed on the Prime Now App using credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI and Amazon Pay balance, and excludes payment method ‘Pay-on-Delivery’(each such prepaid order hereinafter referred to as “Eligible Order” and each such customer as a “Eligible Customer”), will be eligible to receive promotional Amazon Pay balance amounting to 100 back (“Benefit”), provided that the net order value of the Eligible Order (exclusive of shipping charges) is equal to or more than INR 1000/- **subject to a maximum cashback of INR 100/- during the offer period.
The cashback will be credited to the Amazon Pay balance account within 24 hours of delivery. In case there is a partial delivery or partial cashback, the balance will be credited within 15 working days. The Benefit will be provided in the form of promotional Amazon Gift Card, issued Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited, redeemable as Amazon Pay balance in the Amazon.in account of the Eligible Customer. The Benefit under this Offer will be provided to the Eligible Customers within 24 hours of delivery of the eligible order. In case there is a partial cashback, the balance will be provided within 15 (fifteen) working days of the delivery of the Eligible Order.
In the event when an Eligible Order is partially fulfilled (i.e., item(s) cancelled or substituted by seller) the order will remain eligible, and the Benefit calculated as per the order value at the time of placing order. In the event item(s) are rejected or returned by the Eligible Customer, or/and item(s) refunded to the Eligible Customer, the order will remain eligible as per the order value at the time of placing order, but the Benefit would be calculated proportionally as per the final order value. However, in the event such order is fully cancelled by either the Eligible Customer or APIPL or ASSPL, the Eligible Customer will not be eligible to receive any Benefit.
There are no cash or other alternatives available in whole or in part, in relation to the Benefit under this Offer. No requests for transfer or assignment of the Benefit under the Offer shall be entertained.

All disputes between you and APIPL in relation to the Offer or any claim related thereto will be resolved inter se and APIPL will not (nor will be liable or obliged to) mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between you and APIPL.
APIPL and/or ASSPL reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change any or all of these Offer Terms, or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not. APIPL, further, reserves the right to disqualify any customer from the Benefit under the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Offer.
APIPL and ASSPL has a right to remove the Offer from the Prime Now App at any time, in its sole discretion, without any prior notice or liability.
You agree that all decisions of APIPL and ASSPL related to the Offer are final and binding on you. Failure by APIPL to enforce any of these Offer Terms, in any instance, shall not be deemed to be a waiver of the Offer Terms and shall not give rise to any claim by any person.
This Offer is being made purely on a “best-effort” basis and participating in or availing the Offer is voluntary. By participating in this Offer, every customer expressly agrees that APIPL or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that an Eligible Customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer, including but not limited to that associated with his/ her use or misuse, and/or any other matter in relation to products purchased under the Order.
This Offer is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi only.
